A side-ways view of the TrackVee. The battery holders are in the rear. An OOPIC is mounted on top. Under it is the motor control board. Up front is the range finder. Below is the line following board. You can see the white spaces and the small cutout where the connectors go. Still to come is a control panel, which will consist of an on-off switch for both logic and motor batteries, a dip-switch to choose between line-following and range tracking travel modes, and a switch to choose between black-on-white or white-on-black lines for line following. My workshop - at least, part of it.
I'm using the OOPIC from Savage. Lots of I/O lines. As of 10-23-2002, I am in the process of wiring the connections. I'm using .10 inch square posts and headers and connecting the various boards to the OOPIC.
